DeviantArt is being generous, I guess. Infact- There isn't a guess point about this.
Now that everyone can change their journal skins for a limited time, I'm sure we all have some gratitude to offer to Ninja Assassin promotion boards.

In the recent occurrences- there has been an alert issued. A cyclone; better called Phyan by our Meteorological board is crossing my city. We are said to be in the eye of this storm, but more than that information hasn't been discussed. In Lieu of this alert, schools and colleges in my city have been shut down, and traffic is slow. I live next to the sea. The difference from the coast line shouldn't be more than 50 metres. Than means if High tide hits, my home will be the first to be washed asunder.

On more happier notes- I've still NOT understood how to use Deviantart, even though I've spent almost 9 months here. Most of it is plainly because I don't feel like doing anything here. I'm here simply because there are people who answer me only here. I find Y!'s interface easier to use.

It's got nothing to do with the fact that I can't draw or something. I can. I don't feel this place is anywhere like a place I'd love to be a part of- it's so ...detached. I don't even find anyone willing to unbend enough to look over new things- unlike Y, where everyone mostly checks everything that is put up. I do too. I don't even feel like posting. Popularity drawbacks are most on frequented websites; unlike Y, which is a close knit community. There is always a difference.

In some ways, dA maybe be good, but it is in no way appealing- or in any sense like home on the web.
